Terms of sale

These terms apply to tickets and shop items sold on lahtiag.fi by Lahti Association of Gaming LAG ry (business ID 3485167-1, Mukkulankatu 19, 15210 Lahti, board@lahtiag.fi).

The ticket

A ticket is personal and admits one person to the event named on it. It is shown as a QR code on your ticket page; the code is checked once at the door. Tickets bought while signed in with Discord are kept under My tickets; tickets bought by name, without Discord, are reached only through the link shown after payment, so keep that page open, bookmark it or take a screenshot.

Member prices and members-only tickets need a membership linked to the Discord account you are signed in with. You may buy tickets for other people by name at the public price; they are shown under your tickets and each has its own link to pass on.

Shop items

Items bought in the shop are collected at an event or from the board; we do not ship. Your purchase page shows what is waiting to be collected.

Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. on its own pages; the association never sees your card details. Prices are in euros and include any applicable taxes. Stripe emails a receipt.

Cancellation and refunds

Event tickets are for a specific date and are not refundable if you change your mind. Shop items can be returned unused within 14 days of collection for a refund. If the association cancels the event, every ticket is refunded in full to the payment method used. If the event is moved and the new date does not suit you, ask for a refund at board@lahtiag.fi within seven days of the announcement.

Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure events booked for a specific date.

Problems

Write to board@lahtiag.fi. Disputes that cannot be settled between us may be taken to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariita.fi); the EU online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/odr.
